I am not certain whether your email has been replied to yet. But generally, the Nesjavellir Power Plant´s Visitor Centre is closed during the winter months. Therefore, I advise you to visit the new Hellisheiði Geothermal Power Plant, which visitor centre is open daily from 9 am – 6 pm.
